Manage the end-to-end process of monthly promo cycles and oversee the workflow of all design projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between designers, vendors, and stakeholders for timely and successful delivery.
Take ownership of project briefs, ensuring all necessary details and files are ready for the creative team to start work smoothly.
Create and maintain project timelines, keeping workflows on track and ensuring all stakeholders stay updated on progress.
Collaborate closely with designers, the creative director, and requestors to assign tasks and resolve any challenges.
Monitor and troubleshoot project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Drive improvements by analyzing successes and roadblocks, refining processes, and enhancing team efficiency.
You have a degree in a related field that supports your success in this Role.
You have 4+ years of experience working with creative teams and managing client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution.
You possess strong proofing skills and a keen eye for detail, consistently delivering high-quality work that aligns with brand guidelines and expectations.
You are highly organized and thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with ease.
You excel in building strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborating across diverse teams and regions.
You bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset, always ready to tackle challenges and find the best outcomes.
Project Management: Expertise in workflow systems, timeline management, and delivering projects on schedule while maintaining high standards.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools (with expertise in Excel), Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and data-driven approaches to track KPIs and improve processes.
Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to align teams and stakeholders effectively.

Remuneration: starting from €2200 gross monthly (max salary level will be discussed with company representatives individually).
