Currently, VELUX is looking for a Senior Customer Service Consultant with motivation and a passion for supporting clients.
Acting as a VELUX ambassador – sharing the company values and culture;
Working with both B2C and B2B clients through e-mails, customer calls, visits, etc.;
Creating price offers and orders;
Coordinating VELUX accessories sales;
Providing aftersales service, coordinating service requests and advising customers;
Working with and updating relevant databases and product information (CRM, SAP, etc.);
Supporting colleagues from other departments, especially sales and marketing teams;
Handling office administration tasks when required.
You have gained valuable expertise with 2+ years in the customer service field;
You're an excellent communicator with problem-solving skills, fluent in Latvian and good English (B2), and Russian is an advantage;
You're confident in MS Office, and experience with SAP would be an advantage;
You have a natural talent for customer service — You're committed, eager to learn, and always bring a friendly, positive attitude;
A well-organized approach helps you balance multiple tasks while keeping priorities clear.

Remuneration: €1800-2300 gross (max salary level will be discussed with company representatives individually)
Working place & mode: Liepājas iela 34, Rīga; flexible remote work (1 day per week).
